Why did you select KU for your university?
The atmosphere in Lawrence is so diverse and unique than any other college town I've been to and it still remains close to home.
What's your favorite KU tradition?
"Waving the Wheat." If you watch from a distance it's somewhat mesmerizing.
What's a few of your favorite things about KU.
I love how pretty the campus is during the warm seasons and how you can never run out of things to do in Lawrence.
Describe your typical Saturday night in Lawrence.
From working at an area bar & grille, to hanging with the girls, or spending time with my sis, nothing in Lawrence is a bore.
Do you have a favorite sport at KU?
Definitely basketball... it's fun to watch and besides, who invented the sport again? ;)
What is the dream job you would like to have after graduation?
Good question, I am currently undecided and am still in the process of figuring that out.
Why did you choose to be part of the Women of KU calendar?
My sister was in the 2010 Women of KU Calendar and I saw how much fun she was having and all the doors it had opened up for her. So, I just had to see for myself, great decision!
What 3 or 4 words describes you best?
Cheerful, independent, and surprisingly smiley.
Why did you choose your major?
Are you involved in anything on or off campus you are proud of?
Mainly work, I love my job most during the summer. The bar I work at has such a fun atmosphere and is filed with amazing people.
What special talents do you have?
I can make my mom's baked potato soup better than she can... shhh.
Name something that most people don't know about you.
Something that most people don't know about me is that I'm really into cars. I took two power mechanics classes during high school and I love old cars. My dad taught me how to do body work and paint at a young age and ever since I've been hooked.
What do you look for in a guy? What is sexy?
Personality, sense of humor, and a good smile.
Tattoos - Turn on or turn off?
I love tattoos, especially on a darker complexion.
Would you say you are more country girl or city girl?
Well, I grew up a country girl but am starting to like the city of Lawrence a lot. I guess you could say I'm being pulled in both directions.

What is your favorite part of being in the calendar?
My favorite part so far is making great friends with all the girls and getting the opportunity to meet Tech9! Thanks Dave!
